Keynote Speaker

If we all crave creativity so much, why do we reject new ideas so often? Jennifer Mueller, PhD, author of Creative Change: Why We Resist It . . . How We Can Embrace It, will reveal in this dynamic presentation the answer to why people desire but reject creativity. Her renowned research study on “This Bias Against Creativity” has helped her unravel what’s really preventing organizations from innovating. She challenges the basic assumptions about how we recognize creative ideas, creative leaders, and the very fabric of how we structure organizations and innovation. You’ll come away from this presentation with a new road map toward creativity and innovation.
