“I ordered flowers and chocolate for delivery on Valentine’s Day for my girlfriend. Unfortunately, there was a computer issue and these were not delivered that day. However, I received a call the next morning with apologies that they failed to deliver the flowers, but they would deliver the flowers that day and give me a full refund. I requested a flower upgrade instead of the refund, and my girlfriend received a lovely huge bouquet and a pound of See’s candy, more than making up for the delay! Definitely recommend.”
