The Pioneer Woman Instant Pot Will Upgrade Your Kitchen Counter

A few years back, Ree Drummond changed up dinnertime routines everywhere when she introduced her very own . This cheerful, brightly colored multi-cooker is more than just nice to look at. It also performs all of the same functions as the best Instant Pots you’re already familiar with, acting as an all-in-one pressure cooker, slow cooker, rice cooker, sautéer, steamer, and warmer. But with that added printed pizzazz on the outside? Well, it’s safe to say this Instant Pot is the best thing to happen to our kitchen counters in a long time!

Believe it or not, though, Ree wasn’t always as into the whole Instant Pot thing as she is now. “When the Instant Pot first came out, I didn’t pay it much mind,” she says. “I figured, I have Dutch ovens, I have a slow cooker—I’m all set.”

Luckily for all of us, she did see the light eventually. Her best friend gifted her one for her birthday, and the rest is history. “It was magic,” she claimed. “My usual three-hour-plus pot roast was ready in an hour—and I swear it was juicier than ever (plus, the stream of steam that comes out at the end is so satisfying!).”

These days, Ree’s all about the Instant Pot—and it’s easy to see why. One-touch controls make it easy to whip up delicious side dishes like creamy mac and cheese, mains like fall-off-the-bone chicken thighs, and desserts, too! There are even nifty handles included for a seamless oven-to-table experience. Want to hard-boil eggs? Make a cheesecake? Steam some veggies? And all those endless soup recipes? This thing’s got you covered.

Plus, for those who dread cleaning (basically, all of us!), there’s good news: The inner pot, lid, and rack are all removable and dishwasher safe. Oh, and each of the devices comes with a booklet of fun, Ree-approved Instant Pot recipes—so you won’t even have to wait to get started using it.

Here’s to a simpler, faster, more beautiful cooking experience for all.
