When measuring your bust, waist, and hips, it is best to use a flexible tape measure and stand up straight., using

Bust

To measure the bust size, wrap a measuring tape around the back and across the fullest part of the bust with your
arms relaxed at your sides.

Measure across the back and fullest part of the bust (not under the bust).

Waist

First, understand that the natural waistline is the smallest part of a woman’s torso. It is usually about an inch
above the belly button. Measure around the natural waistline

Hip

To find out your hip size, stand with your feet together and measure around your hips at the fullest part.
