The challenges

Actually, every company have their challanges. For me, this is a well organised Japanese company. While the challenges, I can adapt it and do the best.

Great to work with different levels of people, culture and background.

The good things

Work-life balance. Always hear and help their staffs when facing with problems that related to work. Take care of their staffs welfare. Good relationship between superiors and staffs.

The challenges

We could not get a perfect working place so i think it is acceptable if there is some weakness at the place since i cannot remember it.

The good things

Working together with a highly experience co-workers with experience more than ten years in a very challenging production environment. In addition, trust is given by the upper managements and non-managements in performing daily duties. Other than that, 70% of the employees are very friendly and polite. Lastly, working here is the best in term of gaining experiences as much as possible.

The challenges

Most of the challenges are from work overload and critical thinking needed to be perform in solving current production issues. All the issues that affect the production must be counter-measured with the shortest time and the best results. Thus, everything must be considered especially in saving the quality of the products.
