As you know, we at Globalia took the difficult but necessary decision to POSTPONE the March Annual Meeting instead of changing location because the Coronavirus has turned into a global crisis that is affecting many countries with the potential to expand to new ones. Based on what we see in the news, this problem will not be resolved within the next months, but we understand that in October the authorities will have the situation under control.

All of your registrations and payments to Globalia for March will be saved for the meeting scheduled in October.

All hotel bookings at Le Meridien Phuket under our link have been cancelled with no extra charge or fee.

Please also note that with this change, our future Annual Meetings will now take place in the autumn.

We made this decision thinking exclusively in our delegates. We have all invested a lot of money, time, and effort in the Meeting and this is a huge inconvenience for everybody, however, your health and security is paramount; we did not want to risk anyone’s health or well-being.
