Timi Iwayemi is Senior Researcher & Director of Political Education at the Revolving Door Project at Center for Economic and Policy Research

Joshua Timi Iwayemi holds a BA in economics from University of Massachusetts, Amherst. As an undergraduate researcher, he explored the relationship between land grabs in the horn of Africa and food security in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries. He also holds an MA in International Economics and African Studies from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. He is interested in promoting smallholder farmers’ rights and sustainable agricultural development in African countries.
