This review is for GIA Brunch:
I’ve had the pleasure of dining at GIA for dinner service several times now and each time has been a great experience. This Sunday was my 1st time joining them for brunch.
My wife and I started with a French Press and the Bacon board. Coffee was spot on, and you’ll never hear me complain about a plank piled with bacon!
My wife ordered the Sunday French Toast, which I believe changes each week. It was topped with spiced apples, arils, praline, and a sweet cream. (forgive my descriptors, GIA’s make its sound much more elegant) For my entrée, I went with the biscuits and gravy, a southern staple. GIA played it safe with this dish. Keeping to the traditional B&G blueprint, while also managing to give it their own spin. I’d gladly order again! We also ordered a side of pesto hash, which paired well with the remaining gravy.
This next section is for the Sunday bottle warriors or the early bird cocktail fan. You’ll be happy to know that GIA’s mixologists have curated a must try brunch drink menu. Creative cocktails and a robust list of mocktails for those not willing to partake in the morning festivities. I’ll end this review with 1/2 priced bottles of bubbly.
The guys and gals at GIA are doing big things, I cant wait to see what comes out of the kitchen next.
Boom, reviewed!
