Pokémon To Use Against Electric Types

When it’s time to face off against an Electric type, these are some of the best Pokémon to have on your team.

Remember that Electric-types are strong against Flying and Water-types, so you absolutely don’t want to use those!

Some of the best Pokémon you can use include:

• Sandslash (Ground-type)
• Donphan (Ground-type)
• Torterra (Grass/Ground-type)
• Garchomp (Dragon/Ground-type)
• Flygon (Ground/Dragon-type)

In fact, Flygon, one of the best dragon Pokémon, is super effective against Electric types since it is immune to both Ground and Electric-type attacks.

However, if you’re able to have any of these Pokémon on your team, they can be an excellent counter to any Electric type you get in a fight with.

That said, it is also important that you have the right move sets lined up to do the most damage possible.

Moves To Use Against Electric Types

Some moves are more devastating to Electric types than others, and you should always try to set your Pokémon up with them for the biggest impact.

• Mud Bomb (Ground)
