When you’ll open the above mentioned web page, you’ll get offline installers in form of MSI or Windows Installer format. The offline MSI installer is available for 32-bit and 64-bit Windows versions. It’s also available in PKG format for MacOS and DEB/RPM formats for Linux.

Offline installers are available for Stable, Beta and Developer editions of Microsoft Edge for Windows, Linux and MacOS.
