Confirm an entity is in good standing
- Go to our Corporate database
- Enter the name of your entity in the “Search by entity name” field and click “Search”
- If the “Inactive Status” field on the entity results page is blank, your entity is ACTIVE
- Click on your entity name
- Scroll down, select “All Filings” and click “View Filings”
- Confirm your entity has filed its most recent annual report. If yes, your entity is ACTIVE and in GOOD
STANDING.
Annual reports are filed each calendar year after the year of incorporation. Below is a chart identifying the

record. All outstanding reports must be filed before a certificate of good standing will be issued.

Dissolved
Entity voluntarily filed articles of dissolution.
Withdrawn
Entity voluntarily withdrew its certificate of registration.
Expired
Entity set a specific date for its existence to end or the term of existence is mandated by statute.
Forfeited
Entity was forfeited for failure to pay tax.
Merged
Entity merged out of existence.
Conversion
Entity converted into another entity type.
Cancelled
Entity voluntarily cancelled its existence.
Consolidated
Entity consolidated with one or more entities.
Bankruptcy
Entity is a party in a bankruptcy proceeding.
Receivership
Entity is a party in a receivership proceeding.
