time and only gave me a delivery window it was understandable as it was a busy period, but they did say that they would inform the courier about my request.The courier was also polite and courteous, calling me upon arrival and updating me on his progress to the delivery address. The flowers arrived in very good condition and was arranged beautifully as advertised. The message on the gift card was printed in elegant font and nicely spaced without any typos.
