6 chicken fryer pieces
1/3 cup margarine, melted
1/3 cup honey
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Arrange chicken in a baking dish with the skin side up.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients.
- Pour over chicken.
- Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, basting every 15 minutes (until chicken is tender and brown).
- Serve with rice. Serves 4-6.
