We provide both non-serviced and serviced studios in Hong Kong with flexible tenancy periods.  We understand that some of our tenants may only stay in Hong Kong for a short period of time.  Even though our tenancy period is usually 1 year, we could accommodate your need for short term leases.  Since we hold 100% ownership of the rental units, we are able to provide some of the most affordable and flexible studio apartments in Hong Kong. There are no hidden costs or agency fees. 

Our team is experienced in serving tenants from all over the world.  Most of our tenants are expats and are new to Hong Kong. To better suit expats’ needs, all our studio apartments in Hong Kong are fully furnished. They have the amenities you need.  Most of our apartment units include a double bed with beddings, a kitchenette with appliances and an individual bathroom. For our serviced studio in Hong Kong, our rental package includes biweekly service of beddings change.
