Chế định về sở hữu nhà ở của người nước ngoài tại Việt Nam

Tóm tắt: Trong xu thế hội nhập kinh tế quốc tế, một trong những chính sách quan trọng góp phần tăng khả năng thu hút đầu tư là chế định về quyền sở hữu nhà ở của tổ chức, cá nhân nước ngoài. Mặc dù Luật Nhà ở năm 2014 đã có những quy định tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho người nước ngoài được sở hữu nhà ở tại Việt Nam, nhưng trong thời gian qua, chế định này đã bộc lộ nhiều điểm chưa phù hợp, cần phải được tiếp tục hoàn thiện.

Abstract: In the trend of integration into the international economics, one of the important policies that attract the housing investment is the legal regulations on housing ownership of the foreign organizations and individuals. Although a number of provision under the Law on Housing of 2014 define favorable conditions for foreigners to own houses in Vietnam, but in recent years, these provisions have revealed several inappropriate points, which need to be reviwed for further improvements.
