Business Analyst HCM (all gender)

Intersnack IT KG is a member of the Pfeifer & Langen Industrie- und Handels-KG’s group of companies and a sister company to Intersnack Group. Established from the international harmonisation and centralisation of Intersnack Group’s IT estate we are responsible for all group-wide IT services for and within Intersnack Group. It’s our target to provide the common IT infrastructure, aligned IT services and business solutions according to Intersnack’s requirements. Based on a solid digital foundation Intersnack IT KG acts as a partner to all Intersnack functions, actively contributing to Intersnack’s business strategy.

Purpose of Role

The Business Analyst HCM (all gender) is supporting the development and roll-out of the group-wide Intersnack Group IT Solutions for HCM (HRM), mainly INFOR but also other solutions. Furthermore, you will manage and support the INFOR and other solutions (like: INFOR: Global HR, Learning Management) during their complete lifecycle.

The Business Analyst has a broad understanding of the business needs, current solutions, technology strategies, IT standards, and security requirements. In this position you will act on operational level and have a strong “hands on” mentality to support the business during and after implementation as well as in daily business.

Translating business requirements to working solutions and creating designs and configuration documents is where the Business Analyst is good at.

Also testing the Business Solution is part of the responsibilities for this role.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of the group-wide Intersnack Group IT Solutions in your process area: Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning Management, Personell Data Administration, Bonus Management
• Support roll-out of Intersnack Group IT-Solutions and other systems in the plants
• Develop technical documentations (IT) following the Intersnack’s IT standards and ways of working for Intersnack Group IT-Solutions
• Oversee upgrades processes, support businesses for applications testing & validation processes with business users
• Ensure IT business systems solutions meet the strategic and process needs of the Group business
• Develop Roadmaps and work along for a continuous improvement
• Support of daily business & Manage the Support unit within functional area
• Analyze Code-Drops (Monthly Changes implemented by our vendor in the cloud solution) and orchestrate process
