Am I the only person who is unsure about what to think of Harald Baldr? : MisterBald

Harald Baldr makes some fantastic content on his channel, his videos stretch back many years and he has consistently posted entertaining stuff! I believe he was even the person responsible for actually getting B&B to start making videos. My views of him began to change though after he posted the ‘I was attacked by this man’ video, and the follow up ‘Goodbye’ video of him on the rollercoaster. He has still never truly addressed what really happened there and how obviously staged it was. I then also saw content he posted where he was being hateful towards religious people, especially muslims, when he responded to some people being critical of him on his instagram account, the content has since been removed. He also publicly identifies as ‘Gerwegian’, on his Instagram; I mean, I’m British, but why would I put in my Instagram bio ‘I identify as Scots/English’? Kinda strange. I also feel that he come across as quite supercilious over people from non-European backgrounds. I can’t be the only person who thinks this, right? All in all though, I think that he means well? Or is it all a façade? The ‘$400 Indian Street Haircut’ video he posted really warmed my heart, but I’ve seen other videos he posted where he had completely misinterpreted peoples’ kindness as rejection, even laughing at poor people by joking that they made the worst decision for not taking his custom. One such video I am talking about here is the one in Sri Lanka where the barbers, seeing Harald, did not want to give him ‘inferior’ service so pointed him in the direction of something more upmarket. Harald thought they had simply rejected him because he was white, and laughed saying “little do they know”, knowing that the extra money he was about to give them would likely have been a month’s salary to them or something, yet they rejected him so it ‘serves them right’. There’s also a video where a Sri Lankan dude is trying to help Harald avoid getting scammed at a market, yet Harald in the video title put, avoid this man in Sri Lanka, and still hasn’t corrected it…even when Sri Lankan people have put comments in the video stating that the dude was genuine and trying to help Harald. Harald has even liked some of their comments, but won’t change the title to the video anyway! Why would he do that?
