Our experience was amazing. It is beautiful and the pool area was amazing! The only negative that I could comment on is the concierge‘s desk, you learn to avoid it because they really want to sell you a timeshare or a membership. We did not want to spend 4 to 6 hours being sold on a membership or a timeshare, it is our vacation for goodness sake! But using the concierge‘s is helpful, because they know how to make reservations for all the different restaurants that come along with your all inclusive. If you tell them, no thank you they do try and push that into a yes but just stand firm and keep reiterating that you’re here on vacation that’s what we did. Also , the gym does not open until 7 AM which, if you’re an early riser like we are, that’s a downfall. But the spa and massages are amazing! We will go back for sure.
