Add a new business in Apple Business Connect

  1. In Apple Business Connect, sign in with a user that has the role of Administrator.

  2. If you’re the administrator for more than one organization, select the appropriate one from the list.

  3. Click Businesses in the sidebar, click Add, then click Add Business.

  4. Click More next to Display name, then enter the following information:

    • The name of this business

    • The default language for this business

    • An alternate name for this business (Alternate names make it easier for customers to find your business locations when searching in Maps and across Apple)

  5. Click Save.

  6. If you want to add a Place Card Header now, see Add your first default business logo and cover photo.

  7. Click Primary Category, begin typing the category for your business, then select an appropriate category.

  8. If necessary, add an additional category for your business.

  9. Add the business website.

  10. If necessary, add the link to your app from the App Store.

  11. Start typing the name of the country or region where your business is located, then select it from the list.

  12. Click Save.

  13. To verify that your business was added, click Businesses in the sidebar, then locate the newly added business.
