New outdoor ebike adventures!

I ordered the long range, white step through. Speedy delivery. It’s a big plus that the bike comes preassembled. But the handle bars did not align with the front tire. Contacted customer service by phone. They sent videos on how to align properly and the operating manual. I was not able to adjust it in my own strength. Customer service called a local bike shop and I made an appointment to get the alignment done. The bike shop charged me $10 (great price). They also put air in my tires. Lectric credited the $10 back to my credit card. Great customer service that is willing to go the extra mile for the customer! Took my first long ride today. Lots of fun outdoor time. Still get exercise but less effort needed on those longer rides. I just turned 65 and want to enjoy my time with God and His beautiful outdoors. I might need to invest in handlebars that bend more toward me. I find myself leaning a bit forward with these upright handle bars. Would prefer handle bars like my old cruiser Schwinn bike. I ordered a suspension seat post and select comfort Cloud 9 seat. Hopefully these will increase the comfort level. Overall I’m pleased with the whole experience. Looking forward to new outdoor ebike adventures! Good job Lectric! I can tell you guys care about people by continuing to improve your service, products. and lower prices. I desired an ebike that I can fold up, put into my Honda Fit, and transport to the aqueduct and other riding places. This fits the bill. A bit heavy for me but by God’s grace I will prevail!
