Do I need to download an app to use it?

No! You do not need any apps or software. The cards use NFC technology (same tech used for mobile payments), which is available on almost all phones, and also have a QR code at the back. When you use the card, the other person does not need any apps either. A page with your details simply opens in their browser and they can easily save your details as a new contact.

Are there any annual fees?

Absolutely not! The price includes all costs and it’s a one-time fee. No extra charges for customization and no annual fees.

Can we see a sample?

Yes! Our team can provide you with a digital mockup, or even send you a sample card prior to ordering.

What is the design process like?

For the custom design, we offer 2 options:
1. Our team can present you with a design proposal for your review or
2. You can submit your own design

How can we change contact details?

You can change card details via the companion mobile app that links with your card, or you can request any changes via your account manager.
