Total Rewards & HCM Business Analyst 542 #PP
A leading enterprise software solutions company is seeking a Total Rewards & HCM Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the successful implementation of HCM solutions internally at the company, including mainly Core and Benefits. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can provide product and implementation expertise to their business partners and work in collaboration across functional areas across different time zones, when applicable. Total Rewards & HCM Business Analyst Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $60-$70/hr
- Worksite: Leading enterprise software solutions company (Pleasanton, CA 94588, Salt Lake City, UT 84111 or Boulder, CO 80301 )
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
- 40 hours/week, 12 Month Assignment, Possible extension
Total Rewards & HCM Business Analyst Responsibilities:
- Work with their internal customers to understand their business requirements and help configure and test our solution.
- Provide day-to-day systems support to the business partners.
- Analyze complex business problems to be solved with configuration solutions.
- Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
- Configure system settings and options; plan and carry out unit, integration, and acceptance testing; and create specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
- Design and implement automated systems.
- Lead multi-functional teams to address business or systems issues.
- Support internal or external teams is customer-focused and works in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions.
Total Rewards & HCM Business Analyst Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience/knowledge of Workday HCM, specifically Benefits.
- Experience implementing/supporting Workday.
- Experience with report writing, calculated fields, and knowledge of integration solutions.
- Proven track record with Workday HCM enhancements, development, and end-to-end module implementation.
- Previous consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company.
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, problem-solving, analytical, project management, and planning skills.
- Customer service oriented with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations and deliver a solid experience.
- Workday Certification in HCM is desirable but not essential (or any other modules).
- Strong stakeholder engagement.
- Business Requirements, Business Requirements Documents, Compensation and Benefits, Configuration Testing.
- Data Integration, Excel, Human Resources, and Microsoft PowerPoint are nice to have.
