Tóm tắt: Các quyết định hành chính là đối tượng chủ yếu của khiếu nại hành chính về đất đai và khởi kiện vụ án hành chính về đất đai. Bài viết trao đổi về những tiêu chí nhận diện tính hợp pháp của quyết định hành chính về đất đai, một khía cạnh có liên quan đến việc duy trì, bảo vệ trật tự quản lý nhà nước (QLNN) về đất đai, đến quyền và lợi ích hợp pháp của mỗi cá nhân, tổ chức.

Abstract: Administrative decisions are essential objects of the administrative complaints on land administration and the administrative lawsuits over lands. This article provides discussions of the criteria identifying the legality of administrative decisions on lands, an aspect related to the protection of public management (state administration) on lands, to the rights and the lawful interests of individuals and organizations.
