Celebrating its 22nd anniversary, The Business Center for Entrepreneurship & Social Enterprise, commonly referred to as TBC, is a 501(c)(3) that provides educational and business programs necessary to strengthen business formations to improve Northwest Philadelphia’s underserved business ecosystem. Our programs better position small business owners and start-up entrepreneurs to develop and vet their business concepts and further establish their reputations. 

As evidence of our success, over each of those 22 years more than 800+ adults and youth completed TBC’s entrepreneurship courses, with 25 percent of those participants seeking on-going consulting services from TBC.
