1. Talk about your future job

Hello, thank you for having me today. I am Nguyen Quoc An, from Re001. I am so excited to be
here to tell you about my dream job. It would be teaching English to speakers of other
languages. I have always wanted to be an English teacher. The process of teaching
and learning is what I find intriguing.

I’d probably enjoy working and being trained in such a flexible and dynamic
environment that is the school and class. I would like to get to know how the
students are trying to learn and make their dream come true like me before. I
would put my heart and soul into it to become a good teacher to help learners of
English to make tremendous progress and communicate effectively in both social
and work contexts.

To become a professional English teacher, I would have to obtain the International
teaching certificate CELTA that stands for Certificate in English Language
Teaching to Adults. I also need to brush up on my English to gain proficiency as
well as teach and observe several classes to get the picture of common problems
that learners of English have.

Teaching English includes conducting extensive research into various techniques
of learning and teaching a language and then applying the most appropriate
strategy in specific situations. Teachers often plan classes ahead of time to ensure
that information is presented in a reasonable length of time, such as 45 minutes or
an hour, and that students are engaged in the session. Furthermore, assessments
and exams are required to assess pupils’ progress and make any necessary
adjustments.

As for the reason why I choose to be an English teacher. Since I’ve loved English
since I was four years old. My mother let me watch a lot of foreign cartoons, so
English is what I want to learn to understand the movies I like. Secondly, I’d be
able to meet students from all walks of life, each with their own story to tell. And
that means I’ll have a lot of fun listening to their stories and learning a lot from
them. Then I’d meet new people and expand my social network. Finally, I also
enjoy giving lessons, communicating with others, and ensuring that the lessons and
messages I impart are understood. It would bring me great joy if my students had
good grades, engaged in small talk with me, and presented me with gifts on major
occasions such as Vietnamese Teachers’ Day, even after they had completed the
course.

That’s all that I wanna share to with you. If you have any questions, just feel free to interrupt me.

2. What skills and personal qualities are required for the sales

representatives? Why?

Hello, thank you for having me today. I am Nguyen Quoc An, from Re001. I am so excited to be
here to tell you about the skills and personalities that are required for sales representatives.
A sales representative job is not for everyone. Since It requires a set of skills usually
deeply attached to every single person’s personality. I think that there are 3 main factors
needed for every sales representative. It would be communication skills, knowledge, and
reliability.

I would say that communication skills will be the first one I mention too. If you want to
be an effective sales representative, you must have excellent communication skills. This
includes active listening, body language, and eye contact, as well as verbal and nonverbal
communication. Through their words and actions, a salesperson must project confidence
and professionalism. This may seem self-evident, but if you aren’t on top of your
communication game, you will almost certainly miss out on a sale.

On top of that, having a deep knowledge of the product or experience being sold is vital
when speaking to the client. The more you know, the more you sell. However, this
knowledge is not only related to what you are selling, but also to the client’s needs and
their corporate culture. Every client has different needs and approaches; therefore, it is
the salesperson’s role to perceive them and use them to their advantage.

Last but not least, customers are always looking for reliable sale representative. So
reliability is the last skill since clients will not close a deal with you if they feel they
cannot rely on your professionalism if you are not consistent. To be a reliable person is to
be trusted by others. This can be seen in how fast you respond to their phone call and
emails and if you are coherent and consistent in the facts you project. It means that you
do not sit and wait for things to happen or common to you, you make things happen and
you make things come to you. You are always taking the first step when required, and are

never idle in the face of obstacles or challenges. Reliability brings lasting success in

whatever industry you are pursuing.
That’s all that I wanna share to with you. If you have any questions, just feel free to interrupt me.
