We offer customers the convenience of Standard FedEx Ground shipping. Your shipping charges will be displayed when you enter the zip code of your shipping address. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Tracking Shipment Progress

Once you receive an email that your order has shipped, simply click on the link to track your order. Shipping numbers are provided to Talenic.com by the carriers, and Talenic.com is not responsible for errors on the part of our carriers, or for the content on their websites.

Security

All online transactions with Talenic.com are conducted on a secure server and all credit card information is encrypted. Servers are protected by secure firewalls and monitoring through an intrusion detection system.

Sales Tax

The tax is computed based on the zip code of the shipping address. If there is no sales tax in that zip code, no tax is collected.

Cancelling an Order

Once your order is placed, Talenic.com ships every order as soon as possible, and cancellation may not always be possible. If you need to modify or cancel an order, go to Talenic.com.com, click on “Order Status.” Enter your order number for your latest order status, and whether or not the order can or cannot be modified. Once a product is shipped, we consider the order filled. If you no longer want the product, and it has already shipped, please refuse the delivery. If your delivery cannot be refused, please follow the return procedures.

Returning a Product

To prevent any potential problems or returns, it’s always best NOT to accept delivery if the carton or packaging in which your product arrives is or appears to be damaged. Unless you have a separate agreement with Talenic.com, or except as provided below, all hardware, accessories, peripherals, parts may be returned within 30 days from the date on the packing slip or invoice for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling, and any applicable restocking fees (as further described below). Any product returned to Talenic.com without prior authorization from Talenic.com will be considered an unauthorized return, and you will not receive credit for the product and Talenic.com will not ship the product back to you.

How to Return Your Product

If you receive a product that is damaged or does not work properly because of a defect, or if the product is not what you ordered, please log in to your Talenic.com account to Submit Your Return Online or by email at [email protected] within 30 days of receipt to request a Return Authorization. A Return Authorization Number and Return Label will be sent to you via email.

When contacting Talenic.com, you will also have the option to receive a new replacement product or a full refund in the form of a credit to your credit card account. If you are unhappy with your purchase, for any reason other than damage, defect or wrong shipment, simply contact Talenic.com within 30 days of product receipt by email at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization. Please note: We do not credit the original shipping cost or pay your return shipping cost.

Return Authorizations

Your Return Authorization is valid for 15 days from the day it was sent to you. Your returned merchandise should be in original factory condition and include all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, product warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. As soon as we confirm receipt and inspect the product and accessories, Talenic.com will issue a credit to your credit card account for the price of the merchandise, minus applicable restocking fee and shipping charges. Please allow two (2) weeks for your credit to appear on your account. Returning a product without the proper Return Authorization will delay processing your credit. If your product becomes defective more than 30 days after receipt, please follow the instructions found in the written Talenic.com Warranty included with your product. Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Talenic.com error, Talenic.com may charge a restocking fee of up to 5% of the purchase price paid, plus any applicable sales tax. If you return a purchased item that qualified you for a discount, promotional item or promotional card (for example, buy a service, get a computer half off; buy a computer, get a free printer; buy a TV, get a promotional gift card) and either (i) do not also return the discounted or promotional item or (ii) have already redeemed the promotional card, Talenic may deduct the value of the discount, promotional item or redeemed card from any refund you receive for the return of the purchased item.

How to Return a Product:

Before returning a product, you MUST first contact Talenic.com customer service and obtain a Credit Return Authorization (CRA) number before the end of the applicable return period. Talenic.com will not accept returns without a CRA number. To find the appropriate phone number or to send an email to customer service to request a CRA number, go to Talenic.com.com/contact or see the “Contacting Talenic.com” or “Getting Help” section of your customer documentation. NOTE: You must ship the product to Talenic.com within 5 days of the date that Talenic.com issues the Credit Return Authorization number and MUST follow these steps:

Ship back all products you are seeking to return to Talenic.com and for which you received a CRA number. For partial returns, your credit may be less than the invoice or individual component price due to bundled or promotional pricing or any unadvertised discounts or concessions.

Return the products in their original packaging, in as-new condition, along with any media, documentation and any other items that were included in your original shipment. A product must be returned in the original packaging it was received in (including box and protective cushioning). If you do not have the original packaging, you must provide separate packaging. Ship the products at your expense, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.

Upon receipt of your return, Talenic.com will issue a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling, and any applicable restocking fees subject to this policy. Please Note: If you have lost your Order Number, call or send us an e-mail and we will be happy to send it to you. Once we have your product information, we will email your Return Authorization Number and Return Label. For products originally delivered through our White Glove Delivery service, we will also arrange for pick up at your residence or office.
