TBS Education

COVID-19 Information:

•           What is the status of planned campus admission open days/tours?
In order to replace educational events, online webinars are being put into place to help our teams connect with students and potential candidates. Students who were signed up for events can also contact us directly in order to set up a skype call with an advisor from our International Admissions Team.

•             How can applicants contact the university about their application?
In these unprecedented times, the International Admissions Team continues to operate as usual. We are dedicated to providing students with exceptional service and we will be happy to answer any question students may have regarding their application. This can be done via our website (https://www.tbs-education.com/), our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/TBS-International-Admissions-105553024312428/) or by email to [email protected].

•             How is the university handling applicants whose exams have been cancelled?
Our admissions process is based on all of the applicant’s grades received up to now, therefore acceptance is not dependent on final exams. If a student is accepted, they simply need to provide their degree certificate/diploma in order to finalize their enrollment.

•             What advice is the university offering to applicants unable to take an English-language test due to centers being closed?
In order to help applicants whose exams have been cancelled, we have put two measures into place. To replace the GMAT test, which is a prerequisite for our Master in Management program, applicants have the option to take our TBS Online Admissions Test. To replace English language tests (IELTS, TOEFL etc), applicants can take our online English test. The advantage of these tests are that they can be done from home, they are free and the results are available in a short amount of time.

•             How is the university supporting applicants whose visa applications have been delayed?
We completely understand that there will be delays in visa applications and we are being flexible in response to this. The necessary measures will be taken in order to maximize students’ chances of obtaining their visa. Currently, there is still plenty of time to apply for a visa for our September intake.

•             Is the university still accepting applications? Are there any restrictions being placed on international applicants?
TBS is still accepting applications and we continue to operate as usual. There are no restrictions being placed on international applicants.

•             How are applications for university accommodation being handled?
TBS does not have any on-campus accommodation, however we have a dedicated service named International Student Services (ISS) who have built a strong network of partner accommodation partners. These partnerships are still in place, and our students can still benefit from their services.

•             Is the university making any changes to entry requirements (i.e. test results, required documents)?
As a number of schools are closed, we understand that certain documents might currently be difficult to obtain. Entry requirements have not changed, however we are being more flexible in order to accommodate applicants who are unable to obtain certain documents.
