Sword Art Online: Integral Factor

So, I figured that I would root my device and recopy all the data stored in the root side of the device and paste it into a newer version of android, since my old account is stored in android 4.4.2, which I cannot upgrade due to limitations of Nox back then. Even using the newer version of android that supports 4.4.2 returns a download internet error, even though I have internet.

After pulling my hair out, I decided to both not create a new account, and continue to find a way to regain access to my 4 year old account. The form they fill out is dreadful, are all the options required or only a few? I don’t remember most of the details

Update: My account, I believe is bound to both google play and facebook, but I get a password invalid transfer error.
