Solved: The network security key isn’t correct. Please try… – NOW Community

Hello!

My broadband was activated this morning (25th May 22) and so far I have connected my 10 year old laptop and Smart TV both using WPS functionality.

 

I receive the above error message when I attempt to connect my work laptop (Dell Latitude 7840) and mobile (Samsung S10) to the network. I have rebooted everything (powered off and left for 1 minute) and performed a factory reset on the NowTV router (Now Hub Two).

 

Does the Hub Two need a firmware upgrade, I can’t believe that my Dell laptop or Samsung S10 is at fault since they have worked well with previous broadband/wifi networks. Technology should not be this painful to get working.
