I appreciate the fact that it was the exact item that I was intending to purchase.
I was a little troubled by the lack of options I had to get the item shipped to me. I live on Guam so I understand that it may cost a little more to ship this way but, customers like myself are willing to pay the extra cost if seller’s would provide that option. The difference in cost was as little as $5.00-$10.00 more. I would’ve gladly paid this amount to receive the item. Instead, I had to purchase the item, have it sent to a relative of mine and then again have it reshipped to me. This lengthy process is what costs the seller a star! In all fairness, I gave the seller 4 Stars only because I was happy to find that it was exactly what I needed! Yes, I liked the fact that it was the exact item I needed! No, I didn’t appreciate the lack of options for shipping to me. It would have been nice to have been offered another option other than NO! To the seller: If I were in your shoes, I would have called my local post office and found out what the difference in price would have been to ship to the consumers address and then offered an option depending on cost’s to ship, time, and effort on your part. After all, losing customer’s to a minimal difference would not have been an option for me as a seller. Seller’s that go the extra mile to accommodate customers needs and wants within reason receive credit for their hard work and dedication as well as (consumer loyalty) repeat business. Just a little helpful tip on how to go the extra mile for your customers! Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to more options and better service!
