Senior Manager II, Finance – Finance Transformation, Bentonville, Arkansas
The Sr. Manager II – Finance Transformation role within IBG ( Intelligent Business Growth ) requires working collaboratively with functional leaders to design, execute, and lead multiple teams through organizational change efforts of varying size and complexity. IBG is working toward a nimble way of working that will change the way we forecast, plan, evaluate strategic projects, and most importantly, connect business units together in a synergistic way. This role will necessitate an active, curious mindset that can dive into problems and ideate solutions to help solve them. The role will also focus on actively engaging stakeholders to ensure potential solutions solve the most critical problems and help drive the business forward. You will partner with associates in Product, Design, Tech, and Engineering and will have stakeholders across Walmart US Finance and multiple Business Units

Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years’ experience in Finance, Tech, Data Science, Business Management, or a related area
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented with sense of urgency
- Comfort with ambiguity

Minimum Qualifications .

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
- 1 year’s experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
- 1 year’s supervisory experience.
