The touch panel has a built-in timer, a temperature button and a setting for rice. You can use these controls to adjust the desired cooking time and temperature.
Stainless Steel – The highest quality stainless steel, 316Ti titanium, is the metal used to make the pot. It does not flake, tear, rust or corrode. This metal does not react with food during cooking and is an excellent heat conductor that shortens cooking times.
Handles – Two black handles that fold down when the supports are placed on either side of the pot. These handles are made of ebonite and do not heat up during cooking.
Oil Core – This layer on the bottom of the pan ensures an even distribution of heat on the cooking surface and sides of the pan. This ensures that the food boils evenly and remains hot for about an hour after the pot has been turned off.
