Engineered Sintered Components (ESC)
was founded in 1989 to provide users of precision structural
powder metal components with cost-effective access to
leading edge material and manufacturing technologies.
ESC’s 140,000-sq. ft. plant in Troutman, NC is a fully
integrated powder metal part production facility. Compacting,
sintering, sizing, heattreating and many different machining
and grinding operation capabilities are all under the
same roof for maximum efficiency. We have invested heavily
in manpower, technology, equipment and facilities to
meet our commitment to quality and total customer support.

Engineered Sintered Components Atsumi (ESCA) was founded in 2002 and
is operating as ESC’s processing company produce high-quality and high-precision products.
