Reddit – Dive into anything

Okay so I’m in a general bulking/gaining phase. I’m 6’3″ 170-175lbs (roughly), currently I’m eating only rice, and chicken, or rice and fish, as my budget right now is $1 until next friday,

Usually I have about $60-80/wk on food, thanks to my tips. I currently buy 2lb packs of chicken tenders (not the breaded ones, the actual cut), 2-3lb packs of tilapia and salmon. Protein mix (trader joes brand, very tasty) instant oats (quaker) milk.

I need to diversify so I don’t get bored with my meals, what are some foods that I can buy on the cheap that will provide for good calories, fats, and proteins?
