Reddit – Dive into anything
So I am moving into an apartment in the fall and have no idea what I should be eating. I want to eat healthy to help supplement my workouts. What are some good foods to buy that aren’t too hard to make? I am mainly looking for foods with lots of clean carbs and proteins. They don’t have to be fresh either. I won’t be able to have a grill in my apartment come but I can have a George Foreman and maybe a crock pot.
I am planning on getting the basics like frozen chicken, brown rice, quinoa, tuna fish, sweet potatoes, oats, frozen fruit/veggies. I don’t want to be eating the same exact thing everyday. Mixing it up so I eat it every other day would be cool.
