In 2021, Redding Electric Utility (REU) celebrated 100 years of service. REU takes great pride in helping to make the City of Redding and Shasta County a great place to live, work and play. Today, we continue to provide reliable and affordable electric service to the residents and businesses of Redding, while developing the flexibility and innovation to respond to the changing utility marketplace.
