My sister bought a bag from Raffaello. On opening package, she found one part of the bag was torn off. Further, the bag was not made of the material stated in Raffaello website. She had to give it to her friend several days later as a wedding gift, so could not return to Raffaello for replacement due to lack of time. She paid a craftsman to repair it. Lastly, she found the bag was sold in another Italian online shop at a price 25% lower. My sister emailed Raffaello about all her sufferings. She did not mean to get compensation but wanted the firm to improve its quality control and provide better customer experience. But strangely until now, no response was made by Raffaello. Hope all of us can learn from my sister’s experience. Don’t believe too much in online shops’ advertisements. Ask your respectful friends and be selective.

Compare the product you want on several online shops before you make the decision. Ask your respectful friends. Refer to the reviews that give poor ratings and think why. Only when you are sure you will not get the same poor experience, should you buy from the shop you choose.
