Prices – Affordable Junk Removal & Dumpster Rentals

Affordable Junk Removal is a full service Junk Removal company with services ranging from partial truck pick up to full house clean-outs, to dumpster rentals.  Our “green” approach to removal and disposal allows us to remove and dispose of your items in the most environmentally friendly and cost efficient manner possible, passing the savings on to you.

Standard Junk Removal Services

You don’t lift a finger – we do all the work – loading, cleaning up, and hauling away. Simply point out the items you would like to get rid of to our professional, uniformed, representatives and they’ll do the rest!​​

​Small Loads fill half of the truck or less, for $175-$350

​Full truck-load we fill our entire truck for you – only $650*   

 (*Items with individual recycling fees, called core items, will be charged separately; max weight 2,000 lbs)​

Core Items include:

• MATTRESSES AND BOXSPRINGS Are Prohibited In dumpsters And will be charged up to $150 per item if found in the dumpster.  We also provide separate pick up services for these. Call for pick up quote, or visit our recycling page for drop off rates. 
• Oil based paints, flammable solvents, gasoline, oil or any hazardous fluids are completely prohibited.
• Completely dried out latex paint is acceptable and no extra charge.

• Air Conditioners Washers, Dryers, Stoves, Dishwashers, Water Coolers, Water Heaters, Televisions, Computer Monitors, Refrigerators, Freezers, Dehumidifiers, Anything with Freon, Tires   ($50 each)

• Mattresses & Boxsprings In Dumpsters Are $150 EACH.

Junk Removal Mattress and Boxsprings are $75

THESE FEES ARE CHARGED BY THE COMMERCIAL TRANSFER STATIONS TO MEET STATE RECYCLING GUIDELINES, they are not a fee charged or determined by Affordable Junk Removal. The transfer stations will not accept these items if the fees are not paid. The transfer station charges us and we pass it on to you. 

Paint Fees:  

Latex and Oil are based on a the days rate at recycling Facility. $10 per gallon.

Estate and Foreclosure Clean-outs

Estimated Pricing:

Truckloads: Price remains at $650 per load (up to 1 ton) includes 1 free core item per load with a minimum of 4 loads.

Dumpsters: We will drop and fill our dumpsters on location, usually cleaning out an entire home in just one day. Rates will be quoted at the time of in person estimate, but will be the cheapest alternative available.

We will find the most economical method to clean out your estate, whether it be individual truckloads or dumpster(s).

Decision will be based on weight and volume of rubbish, and the amount of items eligible for donation.

Dumpster Rentals

  14  Day Dumpster Rentals

$399 15 yard dumpster comes with 1 Ton (2,000lbs), If you go over one ton we pro rate it at $200 per ton.  

 14 Day Dumpster Rentals $550* 

$550 15-yard  dumpster comes with 2 tons (4000lbs), If you go over Two tons we prorate it at $200 per ton.

Pricing includes delivery and pick up. Core items carry additional fees as listed above.

Cancellation and Cancellation Fees. Any dumpster rental order, once placed with and accepted by Affordable Junk Removal, may be cancelled by the customer free of charge for up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made with less than 48 but more than 24 hour notice will incur a cancellation fee (which will be charged to Customer’s credit card) in the amount $75.00. If the cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date, a cancellation fee in the amount of $150.00 (which will be charged to the Customer’s credit card). By renting a dumpster from Affordable Junk Removal you agree to these terms.
