It was initially great when talking with someone on the phone for a quote, but felt disrespected and all the driver could do was complain I had too much stuff when in the email I updated my list and it stated a little extra is OK as space will be created and you will be billed. Then on payment I thought was OK but instead of calling me the drivers turned up to my house abusing me that I hadn’t paid and I felt very threatened as I live alone. If they just called me instead of rudely knocking on my door and refusing to leave until I paid when the receipt said I have then all would have been fine. I refuse to use this service again because not only did I leave some of my house behind because of the ride complaints about my stuff but the unprofessional manner in which this company took when it was a simple area in the system on payment. I wouldn’t wish what I experienced on anyone.
