Data on Vodafone Infinite Plans
No excess data charges in Australia. All data for use in Australia within the Vodafone Network coverage area. Vodafone Infinite Plans include an included data allowance (which is data at the fastest speed the Vodafone network can deliver to you, depending on your handset and the time and place you are using data) which will be used first; thereafter data is available at speeds of up to 2Mbps until your next billing month. With 2Mbps you can check your socials, browse the web and stream music but is not suitable for HD video. For more information, check out our Speed Guide. Tethering is permitted from your mobile phone to your other personal devices only, but must not be used in a modem or as a substitute for a home internet service. Heavy data users may experience slower speeds than other users during busy periods. Actual speeds you reach will continually vary depending on many factors such as device capabilities, location, network congestion, network coverage, if you are roaming and if you are a heavy data user. Fair Use Policy applies.

Bundle & Save
Bundle & Save discounts are available to (a) new customers who connect two or more Eligible Plans on the same billing account; OR (b) existing customers with an Eligible Plan who: add one or more eligible services to their billing account or who upgrade or switch an ineligible Plan to an Eligible Plan; OR (c) existing customers who have two Eligible Plans.

Eligible Plans are: All Postpaid voice plans of $30 and above released on or after July 25 2018 (excluding Assured Plan, Business Flex Plans and BYOD Plans); Tablet Plans of $30 and above released on or after June 27 2018; Modem Plans of $20 and above released or or after July 2 2020. Excludes nbn™ Plans, 4G Home Internet Plans and 5G Home Internet Plans.

Customers will receive a percentage discount off each Eligible Plan’s access fees (5% off two plans, 10% off three plans, 15% off four plans or 20% off five or more plans) when active on a single billing account. Note MPP, APP or Add-On fees are not discounted.
The Bundle & Save discount is calculated from the first full bill cycle and updated monthly as eligible services are added or removed. Any second service discounts are replaced by the applicable Bundle & Save discount. If early exit fees apply to an Eligible Plan they are calculated using the undiscounted amount x months remaining. Network Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re a new customer and you’ve signed up to any new postpaid mobile, mobile broadband or 4G Home Internet plan and you don’t love our network within the first 30 days of sign-up, or in the case of a Vodafone nbn™ plan within the first 30 days of service activation, you’re welcome to cancel by calling 1300 551 198 (excludes upgrades and rate plan changes). You will only have to pay for those services you’ve used or for charges incurred, that are not included in your plan, up until your number or nbn™ service is fully transferred and device or modem and equipment in original packaging with proof of purchase returned to a Vodafone (not dealer) store within 10 days of your claim. Where you have an individual plan, you can make one claim per year per person. Where you have multiple shared plans on your account, you can make one claim in relation to each plan, for up to 10 claims per account, per year per person. Accessories not refunded. $5 Roaming
Countries subject to change, see current list and full details. Available to eligible customers, see terms for details specific to your plan. $5 Daily Charge is in addition to minimum monthly spend and allows you to use your plan’s inclusions in Eligible Countries for $5 per day. For all plans with an included data allowance, only included data allowance can be accessed while $5 Roaming. Data capped at speeds up to 1.5, 2, 10 or 25Mbps is not accessible while $5 Roaming. Once your included data is exhausted, additional data will be automatically added at a charge of $5/GB ($0.005/MB) (“Additional Roaming Data”). Additional Roaming Data expires at the end of your next billing period, is shareable (excludes plans with unlimited data which do not share data) and can only be used while in $5 Roaming countries. Max 90 days of use in any calendar year. Opt-out at any time, visit My Vodafone or call 1555. All roaming services subject to network availability.

4G
You can use Vodafone 4G in our 4G areas. 4G in selected areas in Australia. You get broadband speeds in our 3G areas. Check your device is compatible to the coverage areas you will use. 5G
Vodafone’s 5G Network is progressively being rolled out to selected parts of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Perth. 5G approved device required, with an eligible Vodafone plan, in a Vodafone 5G Coverage area to access the 5G Network. In non-5G coverage areas, you’ll automatically switch to our 4G networks. Actual speeds vary due to location & network congestion. Sharing
If you have more than one Vodafone Infinite (excluding Ultra+ Plans), Vodafone BYOD, Plus or Team Plans on your billing account, the included data allowances on those services will automatically combine into one pool which will be shared between eligible users. Data capped at speeds up to 1.5, 2, 10 or 25Mbps is not shareable. Data sharing is only available for up to 10 services. The data included in any other plan on your account which is not a Vodafone Infinite Plan (excluding Ultra+ Plans), Vodafone BYOD, Plus or Team Plan is not shareable with Vodafone Infinite Plan (excluding Ultra+ Plans), Vodafone BYOD, Plus or Team Plans and vice versa. You can find out which plans support sharing or you can opt-out of sharing altogether at any time by calling 1555.

International minutes
Zone 1 and Zone 2 Countries may change, see international calls for list of current countries. Calls charged in per minute increments. Excludes non-standard calls and video calls. 

If you exhaust your Zone 2 allowance or you make a call to a country outside the Zone 1 or 2 included countries, you will be charged on top of your minimum monthly spend at our standard international Pay-As-You-Go rates. These rates are subject to change, see the current rates here. Fair Use Policy applies, which can be found within Vodafone’s Standard Form of Agreement.

Student Offer
Bonus data available to students with valid student ID signing up to any of the following Vodafone Infinite plans, the Small or Small SIM Only Plan; Medium or Medium SIM Only Plan; or Large or Large SIM Only Plan (‘Eligible Plan(s)’) online from 24 January 2023 until the offer is withdrawn (valid student email also required for SIM Only orders). Offer only available to students signing up to a new Eligible Plan as a new customer (existing customers cannot access this offer online). Bonus data on Eligible Plans include Bonus 40GB (with total 80GB of monthly data) on the Small and Small SIM Only Plan; Bonus 150GB (with total 300GB of monthly data) on the Medium and Medium SIM Only Plan; or Bonus 300GB (with total 600GB of monthly data) on the Large and Large SIM Only Plan. Bonus data will be applied monthly for the duration you remain continuously connected to the plan and is forfeited if you cancel or change plans. Not available to existing customers who rate plan change. This offer can be used in conjunction with Bundle and Save and handset discounts but cannot be used with any other promotional offer. All data is for use in Australia. Services subject to capabilities, network limitations and customer location. Offer not transferrable or redeemable for cash. Subject to change.

Vodafone Infinite Plans
Vodafone Infinite Plans are only available if you simultaneously purchase a phone from Vodafone under a Mobile Payment Plan (‘MPP’) of 12, 24 or 36 months duration (“Commitment Period”). For personal use by approved customers only. Inclusions expire after 1 month unless otherwise stated. Plan excludes Premium Services, 1223, & 1225 directory services, 123 Ask-Us-Anything, International Roaming, content purchases, call screen and charges for additional data and additional standard international calls.

Minimum monthly spend is $45, $55 or $65 respectively. Must connect for minimum one month. Total minimum cost is one month of your plan fees plus 100% of the MPP instalments of your chosen device. If you choose to cancel your Vodafone Infinite Month to Month Plan, your MPP will auto cancel and 100% of the remaining handset instalments will be applied to your next bill. Recurring monthly plan fee charged until the end of the month in which you cancel.
