Midway Business Park – The Development Corporation of Knox County

Midway Business Park (MBP) is being developed to provide Knox County with an inventory of business property with direct access to the interstate in east Knox County.

In addition to MBP’s locational advantages, such as direct access to the interstate and being adjacent to a Tennessee Valley Authority electrical switching station and a Knoxville Utilities Board electrical in-feed and substation, MBP is being developed to be an exceptionally attractive and employee-focused business park that will aid in the recruitment of both employers and employees to Knox County.
