This is an important message for all Medicaid providers. The Virginia Medicaid agency launched a new technology platform on April 4, 2022 as part of the Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) project. A major component of MES is the Provider Services Solution (PRSS) module. PRSS will be more efficient and make it easier for you to access information you need as a Medicaid provider.
