With pioneering aspirations and a completely new model "The method of
natural thinking reflection". IVY English Center wants to become a professional,
prestigious, effective and leading English training center at Ho Chi Minh city. Inspire
as well as set wings for the young generation of Vietnam to reach the international
level.

"Here no learner left behind" is the operating motto of IVY English Center.
With individual effort and dedication and based on an based on each student's
understanding it will be successful and effective for students with quality courses.

Mission:

Building a professional English learning environment, providing and
meeting all the requirements of each student. Find out the most effective method of
learning foreign languages, build a modern English foundation to help students build a
solid English foundation, confidently communicate in an international working
environment.

Learning environment:

With the teaching method "reflexive thinking method" helps learners find
joy, inspired by that to motivate learning.

In addition, Ivy also facilitates the curriculum by sponsoring scholarships
to encourage students to participate in activities in and out of the classroom.

IVY has diverse and advanced training programs. So far, the center has
attracted thousands of students participating in courses including: TOEFL, TOEIC,
IELTS, English for children according to Cambridge training standards: STARTERS,
MOVERS, FLYERS, CEFR with certificates European standards: FCE, CAE, CPE.

In addition, the center offers English classes from beginner to advanced.

IVY English Center is highly appreciated by everyone thanks to its highly
qualified and teaching assistants scientific and methodical learning methods.

In addition, IVY has also established a strict recruitment process with faculty
positions. Before officially taking classes, all candidates must go through at least three
tests and a month of probation at the center.

On the other hand, IVY attaches great importance to investing in modern
equipment to make the teaching and learning process easier. In addition, the room is
also equipped with air conditioning to make the classroom atmosphere more airy.

  • Receiving and coordinating with departments in the company to fulfill customer
    service requests;

  • Managing the budget, monitoring the center revenue and expenditure, managing all
    invoices and documents of the center, responsible for reporting the budget to the
    administrator when needed;

  • Performing other duties according to the functions and requirements of the direct
    manager.

Education department:

  • Developing trainning strategy plans;

  • Developing regulations and documents for training organization and management;

  • Organizing enrollment and related academic contests;

  • Developing and managing teaching and learning plans;

  • Tracking the process of teaching, learning and learning outcomes;

  • Managing printing, issuing diplomas, training certificates;

  • Other duties as assigned by the board of directors.

Human resources department:

  • Human resource planning;

+Advisory, recruitmenting and training;

+Assessing the achievements of employees;

+Salary management – bonuses and policies, health insurance, social insurance;

  • Administrative and archives.

Marketing department:

  • Making the introduction of the center products to the majority of customers in the
    most intimate way.

In the last 5 months of 2019, IVY attracted more than 150 students, children and
adults. Opening more than 13 courses, bringing a significant income to the center.
English courses include listening and speaking practice, TOEIC practice. Besides, the
children class accounts for two-thirds.

Looking at tables 2 and 2, we can see that IVY English has achieved
remarkable results with a total amount of more than 200,000,000 million VND. In
general, this is not a large number compared to other centers in Ho Chi Minh City. But
that is a great encouragement for IVY to continue trying to maintain and develop in the
coming years.

2.2.2 Actual situation of marketing activities
Over the years, the center has also set up its own website for the purpose of
creating an online marketing strategy that can be flexibly customized based on the
needs of customers. This is also a useful tool to help promote the brand, attract
customers by posting posters, promotions, gifts…

IVY English also gave students a "summer scholarship course 2018" to
experience a new method of learning, giving them the motivation and passion to learn
English, helping them have career opportunities in the future.

  • Sponsoring 5 full scholarships in 3 summer months worth 3,
    VND/scholarship equivalent to 3 months of studying English at IVY English Center.

  • Sponsoring 50 experience scholarships worth 1,200000 VND/interest, equivalent to a
    1-month English study course at IVY English Center.

Rules

  • 5 scholarships are awarded to 5 poor students who are eager to learn and achieve
    good academic results in the 2017-2018 school year.

  • 50 experience scholarships for children of employees, teachers and students wishing
    to learn English and experience effective reflection methods at IVY.

Flexible pricing policy:

For IVY English center, the tuition fee is relatively suitable for the children
learning English. In addition, IVY also offers a policy of paying tuition fees for three
consecutive months throughout the course, to ensure convenience for students.

IVY English Center attaches great importance to marketing activities to
promote the brand and has achieved many achievements in recent years.

Income

Although the annual revenue of the center is not as significant as other English
centers, it is also a remarkable source of income from the marketing department along
with other departments. From 100 to 200 million a year.

Expanding the market

After difficult times, the IVy center has also become a reliable and effective
center for those wishing to learn English. Moreover, the center also enjoys a position
in Ho Chi Minh City.

Brand development

Through quality, service and brand building activities by organizing promotions,
scholarship programs or promoting the brand through the website, social networks,
Facebook … attract students. But somewhat ineffective immediately, but in the long
run. Programs helped the center to expand its market.

In particular, the center holds free experience lessons, which is also a marketing
strategy of the center so that students can experience a part of the quality of the
teachers.

Competitiveness

IVY English center was able to compete in the market as well as other centers in
Ho Chi Minh City.

CHAPTER 4 CONCLUSION
This internship brought me a lot of experience. I was able to learn and
experience many new things related to the foreign language education field and the
center's activities. Besides, I realize that I still have many shortcomings that need to be
improved in the future.

To develop well business activities, the right people should be recruited, the
right jobs will help the organization have a reasonable structure and a team of
departments suitable for each type of work. If done well, it will save other resources,
increase competitiveness, improve the reputation of the business and obviously
increase profits and grow.

Due to the limited time and knowledge, my report still has many shortcomings, I
hope to receive the comments of the teachers to make my writing more complete.
