2. YOUR BROWSER CACHE

Reset your browser. You might have accumulated data and cookies while browsing that could impact the behavior of websites like Yahoo! It’s possible to close your browser and start over again. If it doesn’t work, you can reset Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari or Firefox.

3. CHECK SPAM

6. BLOCK LIST

You should check your blocked address list. You may have blocked an address to block you from receiving email from that recipient. Go to your Settings > Security and Privacy to check for blocked email addresses.

7. MANUAL TEST

Send an email to yourself. You may not be able to access your Yahoo Mail account. However, this does not mean that the service is functioning properly. Sending an email to your Yahoo Mail account will help you determine if the delivery system works. You may get an error message if something is wrong on the platform. 8. DIFFERENT PLATFORM
