Hoàn thiện các quy định của luật ban hành văn bản quy phạm pháp luật

Tóm tắt: Sự ra đời Luật Ban hành văn bản quy phạm pháp luật năm 2015 đã góp phần nâng cao chất lượng xây dựng và ban hành văn bản quy phạm pháp luật ở nước ta. Tuy nhiên, qua thực tiễn thi hành Luật Ban hành văn bản quy phạm pháp luật năm 2015, đã xuất hiện một số quy định gây vướng mắc, bất cập, cần tiếp tục nghiên cứu, làm rõ và khắc phục.

Abstract: The enforcement of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents of 2015 has provided significant contribution to improvement of the quality of development and promulgation of legal documents. However, that the enforcement of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents of 2015 for a time has appeared a number of provisions providing obstacles and inadequacies, which need to be reviewed, clarified for further improvements.
