Pros: First, it started wrong from the very beginning. First, we were told to get on the wrong bus. It was only when it was about to leave that we were told to move to the bus on our right. It was such a nuisance to move all my stuff from one bus to another and grabbing a seat. Second, when we left Hartford, the driver pressed a button, which cause him to stop and then this beep beep noise started and went on for hours!!! Since I was seating on the very front, I couldn’t help but hear it. Third, we get into Manhattan and we stop to turn on 42nd Street and then the bus dies. It won’t start. We couldn’t even get off if we wanted to since there were cars running on both sides. After 10 – 15 minutes, the bus started again and we are entering the tunnel to Port Authority and the bus dies again and this time it really won’t do anything. When a passenger asked to get off we were told that we weren’t allowed since it wasn’t park by the gate. Driver calls a maintenance man, maintenance man comes and they do this and that and Maintenance does see anything wrong. Maintenance man tells driver to turn key and he tells him that the bus won’t start because there was no Gas! Maintenance guy told the passengers to get off the bus. What kind of drivers do you hire? Cons: Driver should be taught what not to touch on the bus and to check all is good before leaving station. Tips: Travel on your risk.
