Driving few hours a day without a break is taking a toll.
Your heartbeat goes up ( heart pumps harder when you are sitted- when you are moving, you muscles act as a second heart and helps to circulate the blood thruout the body. So when you are sitted without motion, your heart is left alone to the task), blood pressure goes up , and generally you might feel woozy after a few hours behind the driver’s wheel.

How am I tackling this? Exercise.
Before driving every morning, I take to about an hours walk around the park behind my house (equivalent to about 5000 steps). Really made a difference. I wasn’t much a believer in exercise before !
And another thing. This is essential too I discovered. The Beaded seat cover!
This really helps , and after hours of driving, you can feel the difference with and without the item. I guess it’s something to do with the extra layer which aids circulation/ massage effect or something.
