The best way to resolve this error is by remapping the drive.

To do that, open the File Explorer. Select Map network drive from the top ribbon.

Choose a drive letter that you want to use. Select Browse to find the location that you want to map.

As per your choice, check out of the following options:

  • Reconnect at sign-in.
  • Connect using different credentials.

Select Finish once you are done settings the right configuration.

In case the mapped network drive does not work, you can try to turn File and Printer sharing on.

  • To do that, open Control Panel.
  • Open Network and Sharing Center.

How to map FTP Drive in Windows?

To start mapping a network drive in Windows 11:

  • Open File Explorer
  • in the left Navigation bar, right-click on This PC
  • Select Show more options from the context menu
  • Next select Map network drive.

  • Select Map network drive
  • The wizard will open.
