If I could leave the stars blank I would. I have been with this company for over a decade and never had a problem until November of last year. The team working in my case has been completely useless and negligent. *********************, her supervisor *********************************, and the manager ************************* have all been absolutely useless. I am going in THREE months with no information or solution. It took TWO months just to get someone to set up my rental car. I left multiple voicemails for both upper management people and NEVER received calls back, theyd just send my info to the adjuster who also RARELY ever gets back to me. Now its taken two weeks of the body shop calling them to get payment and took me filing two complaints and threatening a BBB complaint for them to finally call them back. Now Im waiting for the reimbursement check that they supposedly sent out Jan 30, almost a month ago, and they still havent issued anything nor have they properly issued an electronic payment. Im at my **** end with them and I cannot wait to change companies when this claim is figured out. They USED to be great. And maybe its just this team? But I REFUSE to give them money after this because Im paying for NOTHING to be done. Im sick of it.
