Introduction :
In these modern days, each and every one was involved with their work. Some were underpaid and some with their own business. Here I am going to share about my sister’s small business, how she started, how it is going on and how she attained success.

Who runs the business/how do you know about this business?
Ms. Divya, my elder sister, has been running this business for the past 5 years, as she is my own sister, so I knew about this business from the beginning when she decided to start it.

What is the business?
Among the busy lifestyle people, most of them were preferring instant foods or restaurant foods, even though they know that it is unhealthy they are consuming it to save their time from cooking. With these incidents my sister decided to make healthy foods. She makes readymade food products, where people can do it instantly and also they can consume healthy food.

Where is it?
At first she did it as an order, which means if anyone wants our food products, they order before the day, then she made it and gave it to them the next day. Then she opened a small shop with my father’s help as VM Instant Healthy Foods. But, now she started to do deliveries to supermarkets, small shops as branded products.

Give an explanation for why you assume it is successful?
I was with her from the beginning, also I know how she works hard and what are the hurdles that she met and how she came across from it. Aside from all those things now her product is fast moving among people with good appreciation from them.

Introduction:
Nowadays, we can see many youths were not involved in any work, but as a surprise my cousin who is 15 years old was running her own small business, so here I am going to write about her small business.

Who runs the business/how do you know about this business?
She is one of my cousines, her name is Adhista. She started her work by selling her bangles to her friends and to my cousins. One day, she suggested that I buy her handmade bangles for an important occasion. Once I wore it, most of my neighbors started asking about my bangle collection and where I brought it.

What is the business?
As I said she is only 15 years old but she was doing her handmade bangle work as a small business, she was doing various kinds of bangles for example coco shell bangle, thread bangle etc. She has much interest in hand made things, now he is learning to make earrings with some equipment.

Where is it?
She was doing her business with the help of social media as a platform for her business, because she was not completing her studies, she didn’t have much knowledge of having separate shops to run, so she was getting help from her brother for transaction of money and other processes for her business.

Give an explanation for why you assume it is successful?
As school students we should appreciate her for running her business. I can say with full confidence that her business was running successfully, because to my knowledge, most of my friends started to buy their bangles from her. They are a bit of her business like many people were ordering her bangles through her profile in social media.

Conclusion :
There is no age limit to earn, you can use your skill to earn. I can say my cousin as an example, because she doesn’t have any need to earn, but she decided to expose her skill to others, it helps her to earn.

Introduction:
There are 4 types of small business, they are sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation and limited liability. Partnership consists of either a couple of people or a group of people with 3 or 5 etc. now I am going to share about the successful small business which is running as a partnership that I know.

Who runs the business/how do you know about this business?
One of my uncles and his friend started their business (hotel) with minimum foods. My father suggested that I have food there, then only I came to know about the hotel, which is so good in taste. From that day, I regularly have food only in that hotel.

What is the business?
Nowadays, hotels play an important role in every bachelor’s life, where they consume their meal for each day, also where they can get home style food. Some will run it as individuals with the help of their family members and also some will run it as a partnership with some laborers.

Where is it?
At first they started it as a small shop in front of the famous mall, but they got few responses from the people who came to visit the mall. After some days with the help of a bank loan they opened a big hotel in front of the same mall. Now they were running it very successfully.

I was seeing the growth of the hotel from the beginning, at first I would not expect that their hotel will reach this much successful, mid of their business they struggled more even they were in the situation to dropout their business, but with their hard work they grab it again and started it as new and now running it as successful.

Conclusion :
We should not give up our confidence in any situation. We heard that partnership business will not attain success, but they broke it and proved that partnership business will attain a peak of success.

Both men and women were running their small business actively, but to say most of the women were much more interested in doing small business than men. People in India welcome their New Year’s by worshiping God, because they are very religious, and they start their new year by exploring the tourist spot, having their lunch, dinner in restaurants.

4. Do you think we’re happier than people in the 19th century?

I would say for sure that we’re not happier than people in the 19th century, we can say many examples for that, one of those is stressful days, nowadays we’re facing so much stress compared to the 19th century’s people. Most importantly, the standard of living has increased when compared to those days.

5. Why is youth the best time for most people?

I thought the main reason is that they won’t care about anything, they just take it easy and they thought that our parents would look after it. They live their life as it follows. They don’t have any responsibilities to take care of it.

6. Do you think money can bring happiness in life?

I believe that money can only bring happiness only at the present when they enjoying it, for example, if you are in crave of food then money helps us to enjoy your food or if you want to enjoy your holiday by going to vacations, then money helps you to attain it, but all these things will give you a temporary happiness but not the permanent happiness.
